Rise to the sun with the tradition of 108 Sun Salutations. A challenging and strength building class that will leave you energized and at peace. This beautiful traditions guides you in 4 sets of 27 sun salutations with small breaks in between. The energy created by the silence, breathing, and movement in the room is undescribable and an amazing experience. Dress comfortably and be prepared to sweat! A delicious breakfast will be served after!
Monthly New Moon Meditation

The new moon is the phase of the moon when the moon is not visible from Earth, because the side of the moon that is facing us is not being lit by the sun. Hours of Operation: We are open every day, 7 days a week. We are open for Classes Monday through Thursday 8:00am - 10:00pm, Friday from 8:00am - 7:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 7:00am - 2:00pm. Please note that on Monday through Thursday from 12:00pm - 4:00pm we are open for private lessons and appointments only. If you have questions or would like to visit us during those hours please call us to schedule an appointment, for any other time during our Operating hours drop-ins are welcome!
