There are a variety of yoga classes in both chino hills and rancho cucamonga to chose from at Addicted to Yoga! If it is your first time practicing Yoga or Pilates, it is best to try a beginning class or level 0 class. We offer beginning classes every day Monday through Sunday. If you are new to Yoga or Pilates but are very active then a Level 1 or Level 1-2 Yoga or Pilates class would be a great one to try for your first time! There are specific classes for increasing your flexibility or increasing your strength or a combination of both. Most Level 0 and Level 1 classes focus on increasing your flexibility where as the Level 1-2 classes focus on strength. Some classes offered are a combination of both focusing on strength and flexibility. We also offer Meditation classes such as Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. In these classes a combination of gentle yoga and deep meditation is practiced. When meditation is practiced it is usually in a seated or lying down position.

All yoga and pilates classes are accessible to everyone! It is best to come at least 5 times to really get the understading of Yoga or Pilates and how it affects your body. Try all the classes even the ones you think you couldn't do, there are modifications for everyone! Once you feel comfortable in a Level 0 or Level 1 class then you can move on to Level 1-2 or Level 2 classes. You can still continue to incorporate modifications until you feel comfortable to try new things!
